now only into my 2nd week of jogging (training for upcoming Shape Run), i am starting to feel that it's tiring! i wonder how other ppl can sustain 1hr or more of running.. maybe the daily work has sapped all my energy away... or maybe i'm not used to running more than 20min at a go yet... or maybe i shouldn't run in the evenings.. which one is it?
