i made my first blueberry cupcakes with fondant on 13th feb!
  
it was so time-comsuming just making the fondant (the icing deco on top of the cupcakes).. argh!
to make the fondant, i used: * 1/2 cup sugar and 1/6 cup water, boiled together until syrupy * icing sugar (about 250 g) * 1/6 cup butter * food colouring
think i shall not make fondant for a long time now.. it's just too troublesome!! and if nobody appreciates them.. =P
